Return & Refund Policy

  • We at Code Effort have manufactured each product to deliver the best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us, and we will take care of everything for you.
  • We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:
  1. You received the wrong product, and 
  2. You received a damaged product, and,
  3. You received an expired product, and,
  4. You have received an empty package.
  • In case you have received a wrong, damaged, or expired product, please send us an email at info@codeefforts.com requesting return/replacement, along with relevant documentary proof such as pictures and relevant emails, within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. No return or replacement will be entertained by us after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery of the product.
  • In cases where you have received a package that seems to be without weight in the first instance, please record a video of the unboxing of the package by you. 
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. However, orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.
  • Please allow us 48-72 working hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep.
  • Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review it. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 48-72 working hours.
